2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options across Canada. Delivery times depend on your location:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dress Hub is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
